Other Interests

These may not be the most original personal interests, but some of my favorite things to do (when I'm not trying to save the world one cuddly animal at a time) include:

Traveling

 

I hope to see as much of the world I'm working to protect as possible...

Pretty much anything athletic.

 

I swam from elementary school through college at Franklin and Marshall College (go Dips!) and went on to compete at the elite level in cycling and triathlon after college. Today I ride for a local team (VeloRiot!) in Blacksburg VA. And - marrying my first interest with the second - I love to travel as much as possible on my bike! I was also raised to route for Penn State football and Baltimore Orioles baseball - and I try to catch games with my family every year.

Cooking (and eating) baked goods.

 

I love to cook for my family and friends - especially when it means I do not have to eat the whole pie myself! (sorry, no pictures for this one yet)...
